Each price is a service fee for preparing and filing, plus the Companies House fee for that filing. There are no other paid services on this site.
The yearly filing that confirms your company record at Companies House.
We prepare the confirmation statement and file it with Companies House. The total is £59.99: a £9.99 service fee plus the £50 Companies House fee, included in the price.
The total is our service fee plus the Companies House fee. Both are shown before you order. We confirm the amount with you before taking payment.
The service fee is what we charge. The Companies House fee is paid over for the filing itself. You pay the £59.99 total on the order page, with the details. We file after that payment, and we email you if anything needs a fix. Do not email card numbers.
If Companies House changes its own tariff, we will tell you before you pay. We will not file at a different total from the one you agreed.
