You pay £59.99 before we file. £9.99 is the service fee and £50 is the Companies House fee.

We file it
After payment, we file the confirmation statement electronically with Companies House. If anything is missing or the filing is rejected, we email you.
What you do
Complete the order form and pay £59.99 on that page. Have the company number, the 6-character authentication code, and each director’s name, date of birth, and 11-character personal code. We use those only to file.

After filing
You get the Companies House receipt. If Companies House rejects the filing, we tell you why and what is needed next.
What this is not
It is not a Companies House account, a law firm, or an accountancy practice. It does not file accounts, register you for VAT, form a company, or rent you a registered office. The price on the pricing page is the only price on this site. The service itself is described on the confirmation statement page.
