> confirmation-statement.co.uk is a UK done-for-you service that prepares and files a Companies House confirmation statement (form CS01). It is not a law firm, and not part of Companies House. Company formation and accounts are not offered.

confirmation-statement.co.uk files the yearly confirmation statement for UK limited companies, including dormant companies. The customer sends the company details and pays £59.99 on the order page. We file with Companies House, and we email if anything needs a fix.

## Price

- Service fee: £9.99
- Companies House fee: £50
- Total: £59.99
- Both fees are shown on the order page. The customer pays £59.99 with the order. Nothing is filed before that payment.
- After payment, a no-change confirmation statement is submitted electronically to Companies House. The £50 Companies House fee is settled from the filer’s Companies House credit account. The customer still pays £59.99 in one checkout.

## Who it is for

Directors and founders who’d rather hand the filing to someone, and accountants ordering for a client. We prepare and submit the confirmation statement to Companies House.

## Key facts

- A confirmation statement confirms the public company record. It is not the annual accounts.
- It replaced the annual return on 30 June 2016. CS01 is the Companies House form.
- It is due within 14 days after the review period ends. The review period is usually 12 months.
- There is no automatic late-filing penalty of the kind that applies to accounts. Missing it is still an offence and can lead towards strike-off.
- The order needs the 6-character company authentication code and an 11-character Companies House personal code for every director. Those codes are used only to file. From 18 November 2025, Companies House does not accept a confirmation statement until every director’s personal code is included.
